‘Dexter: Original Sin’: Paramount+ reveals first look at the Morgan family
Today, Paramount+ revealed first-look images for the highly anticipated Dexter: Original Sin. The prequel series stars Patrick Gibson as Dexter Morgan, Golden Globe® winner Christian Slater as Harry Morgan and Molly Brown as Debra Morgan and takes place fifteen years before the audience has ever met Dexter.
Set in 1991, Miami, Dexter: Original Sin by showrunner Clyde Phillips follows Dexter (Gibson) as he transitions from a student to a bloodthirsty serial killer. He must learn how to channel his inner darkness when he can’t ignore his urges anymore. Together with the help of his father, Harry (Slater), he evolves a code designed to help him decide which people deserve to be killed. Staying under the radar from the police might be challenging when Dexter starts his internship at the Miami Metro Police Department.
While the release date is still TBC, Dexter: Original Sin will be available on Paramount+.
